Shipping Information

1. Delivery Service Area

Kidziverse delivers to all Emirates across the United Arab Emirates (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Fujairah, and Ras Al Khaimah).

2. Shipping Fees

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate fee of 15 AED applies to all orders under 100 AED.
  • Free Shipping: Orders totaling 100 AED or more qualify for free standard shipping.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 0-1 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Delivery within Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah: Typically, 1-2 business days after dispatch
  • Delivery to Other Emirates: Typically, 2-3 business days after dispatch.

Please note: These are estimated times. Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, unforeseen logistics delays, or external factors beyond our control.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number and a link to track your package with our courier partner.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will typically attempt delivery two (2) times. If both attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to Kidziverse, and you may be responsible for a re-shipping fee.
