Cancellation & Return Policy
1. Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order free of charge within 1 hour of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

- If the order has already been shipped, it falls under the Return Policy below.
2. Returns and Exchanges
- Eligibility Window: You have 3 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return or exchange.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original, sealed, and undamaged packaging, with all tags attached, and in a re-saleable condition. Items that have been used, opened, or have damaged packaging will not be accepted.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Free Shipping: Orders totaling 100 AED or more qualify for free standard shipping.
3. Return Procedure (Initiating a Return)
- Contact our Customer Service team to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Once approved, securely package the item and clearly write the RA number on the exterior of the box.
- The item must be shipped back to our designated return address. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return/exchange, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
- Delivery within Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah: Typically, 1-2 business days after dispatch
- Delivery to Other Emirates: Typically, 2-3 business days after dispatch.
Please note: These are estimated times. Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, unforeseen logistics delays, or external factors beyond our control.
5. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
