Cancellation & Return Policy

  • You may cancel your order free of charge within 1 hour of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

  • If the order has already been shipped, it falls under the Return Policy below.
  • Eligibility Window: You have 3 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return or exchange.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, sealed, and undamaged packaging, with all tags attached, and in a re-saleable condition. Items that have been used, opened, or have damaged packaging will not be accepted.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Free Shipping: Orders totaling 100 AED or more qualify for free standard shipping.
  1. Contact our Customer Service team to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Once approved, securely package the item and clearly write the RA number on the exterior of the box.
  3. The item must be shipped back to our designated return address. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return/exchange, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
  • Delivery within Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah: Typically, 1-2 business days after dispatch
  • Delivery to Other Emirates: Typically, 2-3 business days after dispatch.

Please note: These are estimated times. Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, unforeseen logistics delays, or external factors beyond our control.

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
